We learned a very important lesson about seasoning cast iron pans tonight, namely, that you have to season cast iron pans.

    Alas, the engineer knew what he was doing, but failed to pay attention to what the lawyer was doing, and wouldn't you know it, we were trying to make aebleskivers. Scandinavian failure.
