Not that we're entirely ungrateful. We got some truly awesome gifts from some truly awesome people. So many, in fact, that we've had to add a storage rental charge to our monthly rent. Cha-Ching!
We suppose this is our round-about way of preliminarily thanking you all for your support. We're really glad to know you and we like you a lot. We'll expound on this later when we have time to sit down and write thank you notes.
Until then, we just wanted to give you a heads up about our upcoming birthdays in May and June.

Oh my gosh. I couldn't come to your wedding party and then I don't even send a can opener to make up for it. Who do I think I am? I'm a terrible person.
ReplyDeleteIt's taken us a while, but we forgive you. Let's move past this and try to repair what we have. You will buy us dinner, and spend the whole night telling us how wonderful we are.
